This series of equipment integrates functions such as slicing, shredding, dicing, and cutting into segments. By changing different cutter discs or blades, it can quickly process potatoes, carrots, ginger, bamboo shoots, onions, and various meats into required slices, shreds, dices, and strips. It is widely used in central kitchens, clean vegetable processing, pickled vegetable production, frozen food, and meat deep-processing enterprises. The whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, efficient and durable, with a smooth cutting surface, effectively improving raw material utilization and product appearance.
1. The frame and parts in contact with materials are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, non-polluting, meeting food hygiene standards, and easy to clean.
2. The blades are treated with a special quenching process, offering high hardness and strong wear resistance, remaining sharp for a long time, ensuring a smooth cutting surface without breakage.
3. The belt/screw feeding mechanism cooperates precisely, automatically adjusting the feed according to the material shape (round, long, blocky), preventing jamming and ensuring uniform slice thickness.
4. Multi-function: By quickly changing the cutter disc, it can switch between slicing (1-20mm adjustable), shredding (2-10mm square strips), and dicing (8-30mm) functions, adapting to various processing needs.
Slicing/Shredding Principle: Material enters the cavity of the high-speed rotating cutter disc through the feed port. Under centrifugal force, it clings to the inner wall of the disc and is cut into slices by sharp blades. For shredding, the material is first cut into slices and then cut into strips (shreds) by a set of vertical blades. Dicing requires two sets of vertical and horizontal blade combinations. The whole machine uses precision gear transmission to ensure synchronous operation of all cutters and precise cutting dimensions.
