Food washing machines are mainly divided into: bubble washing machines, brush washing & peeling machines, spray washing machines, ultrasonic washing machines, and comprehensive washing production lines.
This series of washing machines is designed according to the physical characteristics of different ingredients, using various washing principles such as bubble tumbling, high-pressure spraying, brush friction, or ultrasonic cavitation to effectively remove sediment, pesticide residues, insect eggs, and microorganisms from the surface of fruits and vegetables. The equipment is suitable for cleaning and removing impurities from root vegetables (potatoes, carrots), leafy vegetables (spinach, cabbage), fruits (apples, strawberries), and aquatic products (shellfish, fish). The whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, equipped with a circulating water system and impurity filter device, water-saving and efficient, making it an ideal equipment for food preprocessing.
1. The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion and rust-proof, meeting food-grade hygiene standards, with a long service life and easy to clean and maintain.
2. The unique bubble generating device, combined with a circulating water pump, creates dense tumbling bubbles in the water, providing flexible friction cleaning for the materials, effectively removing mud without damaging the skin.
3. The upper part is equipped with a high-pressure spray pipeline to rinse the materials a second time, washing away floating matter and residual impurities; the bottom of the tank is provided with bubble pipes and a drain valve for easy discharge of sediment.
4. Equipped with a circulating water filtration system (mesh/bag filter), it automatically filters sediment and impurities after washing, enabling the reuse of water resources, saving energy and protecting the environment.
Washing Principle: After the material enters the washing tank, under the action of the circulating water pump, a large number of high-pressure bubbles are generated at the bottom of the tank. The impact force generated when the bubbles burst loosens and removes the sediment on the material's surface; at the same time, the material is conveyed forward by the mesh belt or water flow, while the upper spray pipe continuously sprays clean water for rinsing; heavy impurities sink to the bottom and are discharged regularly, while light floating matter is removed through the overflow port, ultimately obtaining clean material for the next process.
