The seafood washer is specially designed for various marine and freshwater products. It adopts the triple cleaning principle of gentle bubble tumbling + high-pressure spraying + flexible brush, which can efficiently remove surface sediment, mucus, fishy substances and impurities, while protecting the complete shell and skin of seafood. The equipment is suitable for cleaning and impurity removal of seafood such as sardine, oyster, crab, fish, catfish, shrimp, shellfish, clam and conch. The whole machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, equipped with circulating water filtration system, automatic sewage discharge and sediment separation device, water-saving and efficient. It is an ideal equipment for pre-treatment in aquatic product processing plants, seafood distribution centers and food industry.
1. The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion and rust-proof, in line with food-grade hygiene standards, long service life and easy to clean and maintain, adapting to the high-salt and high-humidity environment of seafood processing.
2. For fish such as sardines and catfish, it adopts strong bubble tumbling + multi-angle high-pressure spraying. The impact force of bubble bursting goes deep into the gaps of fish scales to remove sediment and mucus, while avoiding mechanical damage.
3. For shelled seafood such as oysters and crabs, it is equipped with flexible nylon brush rollers for gentle friction cleaning, effectively removing sediment and moss attached to the shell, keeping the shell surface smooth.
4. The upper part is equipped with multi-angle high-pressure spray pipes for secondary rinsing of materials, washing away fishy substances and residual impurities; the bottom of the water tank is equipped with a sedimentation area and automatic sewage valve for convenient discharge of sediment and impurities.
5. Equipped with circulating water filtration system (multi-stage filter / cyclone desander), which automatically separates sediment, broken shells and impurities after cleaning, realizing water reuse and saving more than 50% of water.
6. Optional ozone sterilization / UV disinfection module, which kills surface microorganisms and pathogenic bacteria while cleaning, prolongs the freshness period of seafood and improves product safety.
Cleaning Principle: Materials enter the cleaning tank and are transported forward under the push of circulating water flow; the bubble generator at the bottom produces dense bubbles, and the impact force generated by bubble bursting loosens and falls off the sediment and mucus on the surface of seafood; the upper high-pressure spray continuously sprays clean water for rinsing; for shelled materials such as oysters and crabs, brush rollers are optional for auxiliary friction cleaning; heavy sediment and broken shells sink to the bottom of the tank for regular discharge, and light floating materials are removed through the overflow port; circulating water is reused after multi-stage filtration, water-saving and efficient; optional ozone module completes sterilization and disinfection while cleaning, and finally obtains clean and fresh seafood for the next process.
