This series integrates slicing, shredding, dicing and segmenting functions. By replacing different cutter discs or blades, various nuts and dried fruits can be quickly processed into slices, shreds, dices or strips. Suitable raw materials include: macadamia nuts, nuts, olives, peanuts, coconut shells, dried fruits, cashews, etc. Widely used in nut deep processing, snack food, central kitchen, baking raw materials and health food enterprises. The machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, efficient and durable, with smooth cutting surface, effectively improving raw material utilization and finished product appearance.
1. The body and material-contact parts are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, pollution-free, in line with food hygiene standards, easy to clean, suitable for continuous processing of various nuts and dried fruits.
2. Blades adopt special quenching process, high hardness, strong wear resistance, keep sharp for a long time, smooth cutting surface without breakage. Especially suitable for high-hardness nuts such as macadamia nuts, peanuts, cashews. Excellent wear resistance ensures neat slicing.
3. Precise belt/screw feeding mechanism, automatically adjusts feeding according to material shape, prevents material jamming, ensures uniform slicing thickness. Can process round or irregular nuts such as olives, peanuts, cashews, coconut shells.
4. Multi-purpose machine: quickly replace cutter discs to switch freely between slicing (1-20mm adjustable), shredding (2-10mm square shreds), dicing (8-30mm), adapting to various nut processing needs.
Slicing/Shredding Principle: Materials enter the high-speed rotating cutter disc cavity through the feeding port, cling to the inner wall under centrifugal force, and are cut into uniform slices by sharp blades. For shredding, materials are first sliced, then cut into strips by vertical blade group. Dicing requires two sets of vertical and horizontal cutters. Precision gear transmission ensures synchronous operation of all blades, accurate cutting size, good performance for different nut hardness and shapes.
