1. The body and material contact parts are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, pollution-free, in line with food hygiene standards, easy to clean, suitable for continuous processing of various snacks and foods.
2. The blades are treated with special quenching process, with high hardness and strong wear resistance, keeping sharp for a long time, smooth cutting surface without breakage, especially suitable for snack ingredients with different hardness such as bread, cheese and french fries.
3. The belt/screw feeding mechanism is precisely matched, and the feeding can be automatically adjusted according to the material shape to prevent material jamming, ensuring uniform slicing thickness. It can process irregular or fragile materials such as corn, tea, salad and chips.
4. Multi-purpose machine: By quickly replacing the cutter head, it can freely switch between slicing (adjustable 1-20mm), shredding (2-10mm square wire), dicing (8-30mm) and other functions to meet a variety of snack processing needs.
Slicing/Shredding Principle: Materials enter the cavity of the high-speed rotating cutter head through the feeding port, cling to the inner wall of the cutter head under centrifugal force, and are cut into uniform slices by sharp blades; When shredding, materials are first cut into slices by the cutter, and then cut into strips (shreds) by the vertical knife set. Dicing needs to be completed by two sets of vertical and horizontal cutters. The whole machine adopts precision gear transmission to ensure the synchronous operation of each tool, accurate cutting size, and good performance for different snack textures and shapes.
