The leafy vegetable washing machine is specially designed for tender leafy greens. It employs gentle bubble tumbling, high?pressure spray, and optional ultrasonic cleaning to thoroughly remove sediment, insect eggs, and pesticide residues while maximizing leaf integrity. The equipment is suitable for washing high?value leafy vegetables and fresh mushrooms such as tender greens, parsley, lettuce, celery, spinach, Chinese chives, cilantro, mushrooms, and broccoli. The entire machine is made of food?grade 304 stainless steel and features a circulating water filtration system, automatic sludge discharge, and impurity separation devices. It is water?saving, efficient, and an ideal choice for fresh?cut vegetable processing, central kitchens, and pre?processing in the food industry.

Equipment Features

1. The whole machine is made of high?quality SUS304 stainless steel, anti?corrosion and rust?proof, meeting food?grade hygiene standards, with a long service life and easy cleaning and maintenance.

2. A patented bubble generating device combined with a circulating water pump creates soft, dense bubbles that provide gentle friction cleaning to effectively remove sediment and insect eggs while ensuring zero damage to tender greens like parsley and baby leaves.

3. The upper section is equipped with a high?pressure spray pipe for secondary rinsing, washing away floating matter and residual pesticides; the bottom of the tank features bubble pipes and a sediment settling area to facilitate sand removal.

4. Equipped with a circulating water filtration system (multi?stage mesh/filter bags) and an ultraviolet sterilization unit, it automatically filters sediment and impurities while killing microorganisms in the water, achieving water reuse and saving over 50% of water.

5. For special materials such as mushrooms and broccoli, an optional ultrasonic cleaning module can be added to penetrate crevices and remove hidden impurities, increasing cleaning efficiency by 50%.

Working Principle

Washing principle: After entering the washing tank, the material is subjected to gentle bubble tumbling generated by the circulating water pump. The bursting bubbles produce a soft impact that loosens sediment and insect eggs on the leaf surface. The material is slowly conveyed forward by the mesh belt or water flow, while the upper spray pipes continuously rinse it with clean water. Heavy impurities settle at the bottom and are discharged regularly, while light floating matter is removed through the overflow port. For pesticide residues and hidden impurities, an optional ultrasonic module uses cavitation to deeply clean leaf folds and mushroom crevices. The result is clean, intact material ready for the next processing stage.
