Product Introduction

Fruit washing machines are mainly divided into: bubble washing machine, brush washing & peeling machine, spray washing machine, ultrasonic washing machine and integrated washing production line.

This series of industrial-grade fruit washers are designed according to the physical characteristics (hardness, skin structure, size) of different fruits. Adopting various cleaning principles such as bubble tumbling, high-pressure spraying, flexible brush friction or ultrasonic cavitation, it can effectively remove sediment, pesticide residues, fruit wax, insect eggs and microorganisms on the fruit surface. The equipment is suitable for cleaning and impurity removal of various fruits such as apricot, jujube, citrus, lemon, peach, cherry, orange, mango, apple, strawberry, pineapple, grape, blueberry, banana, avocado, etc. The whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, equipped with circulating water system and impurity filtering device, water-saving and high-efficiency, which is an ideal industrial-grade equipment for pre-processing of fruit processing.

1. The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion and rust-proof, in line with food-grade hygiene standards, suitable for industrial continuous production, long service life and easy cleaning and maintenance.

2. Unique bubble generator with circulating water pump produces dense rolling bubbles, providing flexible friction cleaning for delicate fruits such as strawberries and blueberries, effectively removing mud and wax without damaging the skin; for hard fruits such as apples and oranges, brush pressure can be adjusted to efficiently remove fruit wax.

3. High-pressure spray pipeline is installed on the upper part for secondary washing to remove floating objects and residual impurities; bubbler pipes and blowdown valves are set at the bottom of the water tank for easy discharge of sediments, suitable for industrial large-scale cleaning.

4. Equipped with circulating water filtration system (filter screen/bag), automatically filters sediment and impurities after cleaning, realizing water recycling, energy saving and environmental protection, reducing industrial production water cost.

Working Principle

Working Principle: After fruits enter the washing tank, a large number of high-pressure bubbles are generated at the bottom of the tank under the action of the circulating water pump. The impact force generated when bubbles burst loosens and falls off the sediment and fruit wax on the fruit surface; according to different fruit characteristics, soft fruits (strawberry, banana) are gently conveyed by mesh belt, hard fruits (apple, citrus) are cleaned with brush friction, and the upper spray pipe continuously sprays clean water for rinsing; heavy impurities sink to the bottom of the tank for regular discharge, light floating objects are removed through the overflow port, and finally clean fruits enter the next process to meet industrial continuous production requirements.
