Equipment Introduction

The nut washer is specially designed for shelled nuts, dried fruits and beans. It adopts multiple cleaning principles: high-pressure spray, bubble tumbling and flexible brush washing. It can effectively remove surface sediment, dust, insect eggs and pesticide residues while protecting the complete shell from damage. The machine is suitable for cleaning and impurity removing of hard-shell and bean materials such as chestnuts, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, almonds, beans, peas, dried fruits, avocados and coconuts. The whole machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, equipped with circulating water filtration system, automatic sewage discharge and impurity separation device, which is water-saving and efficient. It is an ideal equipment for pre-treatment in nut roasting plants, bean product processing plants and food industry.

1. The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion and rust-proof, in line with food-grade hygiene standards, durable and easy to clean and maintain.

2. For hard-shell nuts such as chestnuts and cashews, it adopts a combination of high-pressure spray and strong bubbles. The impact force generated by bubble bursts removes hidden sediment in shell gaps without damaging shells and kernels.

3. For materials with fragile skins such as peanuts and beans, it is equipped with flexible nylon brush rollers for gentle friction cleaning, effectively removing surface soil and mildew spots while keeping skins intact.

4. Multi-angle high-pressure spray pipelines are arranged on the upper part for secondary rinsing to remove floating impurities and pesticide residues. The bottom of the water tank is equipped with a sedimentation area and automatic sewage valve for convenient sediment discharge.

5. Equipped with circulating water filtration system (multi-stage filter / cyclone desander), which automatically separates sediment and impurities after cleaning, realizing water recycling and saving more than 45% water.

6. Optional high-pressure air drying / hot air drying module can quickly dry surface moisture after cleaning to prevent nuts from regaining moisture and mildew, and can directly enter the next process or packaging.

Equipment Principle

Cleaning Principle: After entering the cleaning tank, materials are transported forward driven by circulating water. The bubble generator at the bottom produces dense bubbles, and the impact force generated by bubble bursts loosens and falls off the sediment on the nut surface and in shell gaps. The upper high-pressure spray continuously sprays clean water for rinsing. For peanuts, beans and other materials, brush rollers are optional for auxiliary friction cleaning. Sediment with high density sinks to the bottom of the tank for regular discharge, and light floating materials are removed through the overflow port. After cleaning, the materials enter the optional air-drying section, and the surface moisture is dried by a high-pressure fan. Finally, clean and dry nuts are obtained for the next process.
