The meat fryer is specially designed for various meat products, seafood, and animal-derived ingredients. It is available in several structural forms, including single?pot batch, dual?pot alternating, and continuous mesh belt automatic fryers, meeting the production needs of different scales.
This series of meat fryers adopts advanced oil layer heating or tube heating technology, equipped with an efficient oil circulation filtration system and heavy?duty conveying structure to ensure constant frying temperature, giving meat sticks, meatballs, chicken pieces, pork rinds and other products a uniform color with a crispy exterior and tender interior. The built?in reinforced mesh belt and anti?floating pressing device thoroughly solve the problems of sticking and sinking, while significantly improving frying oil utilization. It is suitable for the industrial continuous production of meat products, seafood, fish, pork rinds, chicken pieces, and various minced meat products. With high automation, energy saving and environmental protection, it is an ideal choice for meat processing enterprises.
1. The main body is made of high?quality SUS304 food?grade stainless steel with adequate thickness, robust and corrosion?resistant, complying with national food safety and hygiene standards and meeting the high hygiene requirements of meat processing.
2. Reinforced stainless steel chain + heavy?duty mesh belt design provides strong load capacity, easily handling heavy materials such as meat sticks and pork rinds, running smoothly without jamming. The mesh belt can be optionally coated with Teflon for anti?stick and easy cleaning.
3. The unique double?layer mesh belt with pressing device completely submerges meatballs, chicken pieces, etc., in oil, ensuring even heating on all sides, solving floating and uneven frying problems, and producing a uniformly golden color.

Equipped with an efficient dynamic oil residue filtration system that continuously separates fine debris (e.g., breading crumbs, meat particles) produced during frying, greatly extending oil life and reducing oil consumption per ton by 25%, resulting in healthier, more flavorful fried meat products.
5. Fully automatic PLC control system with PID temperature control module ensures precise temperature within ±1℃. Preset process curves for different meats (pork rind / fish / chicken / meatballs) are available, and multiple safety devices such as over?temperature protection and low?oil alarm enable continuous, safe production.
6. An optional module for rendering lard or other animal fats is available, allowing simultaneous fat recovery during frying for multi?purpose use.
Frying principle: Heat is transferred to the frying oil via a burner (gas/oil) or electric heating tubes, rapidly raising the oil temperature to the set value (typically 160-200℃). Pretreated meat products enter the hot oil via a conveyor belt, where surface moisture quickly boils away, enabling rapid cooking, coloring, and formation of a crispy crust. A special pressing mesh belt fully submerges the meat products, ensuring uniform heating. Fine debris is removed by the oil circulation filtration system, and clean oil returns to the tank, ensuring stable oil quality during continuous operation and keeping the oil clear.
