Equipment Introduction

The nut fryer is specially designed for nuts such as cashews, peanuts, coffee beans, etc. It is available in several structural forms, including drum batch type, continuous mesh belt type, and low-temperature vacuum type, meeting the production needs of different nut characteristics and scales.

This series of nut fryers adopts advanced oil layer heating or thermal oil indirect heating technology, equipped with an efficient oil circulation filtration system and a dedicated nut conveying structure to ensure constant frying temperature, giving cashews, peanuts and other products a uniform color, crisp texture and delicious taste. The built-in drum-type or mesh belt structure can be selected, and a special screen is available for small-particle materials such as coffee beans, thoroughly solving the problems of sticking and scorching, while significantly improving frying oil utilization. It is suitable for the industrial continuous production of cashews, peanuts, coffee beans, and other nuts. With high automation, energy saving and environmental protection, it is an ideal choice for nut processing enterprises.

Equipment Features

1. The main body is made of high?quality SUS304 food?grade stainless steel with adequate thickness, robust and corrosion?resistant, complying with national food safety and hygiene standards and meeting the high hygiene requirements of nut processing.

2. An optional drum-type frying structure is available, where nuts tumble forward inside the drum, ensuring uniform heating without scorching, especially suitable for cashews, peanuts and other shelled/semi-shelled nuts; the continuous mesh belt type is suitable for large-scale production, equipped with an anti?stick mesh belt to prevent sticking and breakage.

3. An optional low?temperature vacuum frying system (absolute pressure 0.02MPa, oil temperature 90-110℃) is available, which dehydrates under low?oxygen, low?temperature conditions, completely avoiding high?temperature oxidation, perfectly preserving the natural aroma and nutritional content of coffee beans and nuts, and reducing oil content by 20% compared to traditional methods.

4. For small?particle materials such as coffee beans, a special fine mesh screen and pneumatic conveying system are provided to ensure no leakage or accumulation, improving frying uniformity by 30%.

5. Equipped with an efficient dynamic oil residue filtration system that continuously separates fine debris (skin, crumbs) produced during frying, greatly extending oil life and reducing oil consumption per ton by 25%.

6. Fully automatic PLC control system with PID temperature control module ensures precise temperature within ±1℃. Preset process curves for different nuts (cashew / peanut / coffee bean) are available, and multiple safety devices such as over?temperature protection and low?oil alarm enable continuous, safe production.

Working Principle

Frying principle: In atmospheric pressure mode, the oil temperature is raised to the set value (typically 160-180℃) via a burner or electric heating tubes. Nuts enter the hot oil on a drum or mesh belt, where surface moisture quickly vaporizes, forming a crispy crust while releasing the characteristic nut aroma. In vacuum mode, the closed fryer is evacuated to 0.02MPa, and the oil temperature is lowered to 90-110℃. Under reduced pressure, moisture boils at a lower temperature, allowing the nuts to dehydrate without burning or browning, while the aroma components are fully preserved. Fine skin debris is removed by the oil circulation filtration system, and clean oil returns to the tank, ensuring stable oil quality during continuous operation.
