This series of snack fryers adopts advanced oil layer heating or tube heating technology, equipped with an efficient oil circulation filtration system and flexible conveying structure to ensure constant frying temperature, giving puffs, twisted dough, rice crust, donuts and other products uniform color and a crispy texture. The built?in anti?stick mesh belt and multi?function pressing device, together with a flexible support system for fragile materials such as seaweed and rice crust, thoroughly solve the problems of sticking and breakage, while significantly improving frying oil utilization. Frying principle: Heat is transferred to the frying oil via a burner (gas/oil) or electric heating tubes, rapidly raising the oil temperature to the set value (usually 160?200℃). Pretreated snacks enter the hot oil via a conveyor belt, where surface moisture quickly boils away, enabling rapid cooking, coloring, and formation of a crispy crust. Depending on the snack characteristics, belt speed, oil temperature, and pressing depth can be adjusted to achieve optimal frying results. Fine debris is removed by the oil circulation filtration system, and clean oil returns to the tank, ensuring stable oil quality during continuous operation and keeping the oil clear and unclouded.
