With strict international requirements for product consistency and food safety, traditional manual slicing can no longer meet modern processing needs.

Capacity vs Orders: Over 30 tons of fish fillets need processing daily in peak season. Manual slicing requires hundreds of skilled workers but still fails to meet deadlines, causing order losses.

Hadof team customized a fully automatic fish fillet slicing line for V****F, tailored to the soft texture, high moisture and uneven fat distribution of pangasius:
1. Low-temperature Constant Temperature Feeding & Intelligent Shaping System
Circulating cooling system keeps fillet temperature at 0-4°C to maintain firmness and elasticity. Adaptive flattening rollers automatically adjust pressure to uniform fillet thickness for consistent slicing.
2. High-precision Fixed-thickness Slicing Unit
Food-grade corrosion-resistant stainless steel blades with servo-driven rotating discs. Thickness adjustable 3mm-20mm, error controlled within ±0.3mm. PLC dynamically matches blade speed and feeding speed for different fish textures, ensuring smooth, burr-free cuts and maximum integrity.
3. Online Visual Inspection & Automatic Sorting
High-speed vision camera system automatically inspects thickness, shape, and rejects irregular slices, scraps and fish bones. Qualified products are graded by weight/specification and directly connected to IQF tunnel or vacuum packaging machine for full automation.
4. Hygienic Design & Quick Cleaning
Full enclosed 304 stainless steel structure with rounded corners, no dead ends. Supports CIP cleaning and high-pressure water washing, reducing cleaning time by 70%. Quick-disassemble key parts meet top seafood processing standards (BRC, IFS, HACCP).
