Sand Trapped in Date Wrinkles: Traditional spraying cannot clean deep wrinkles, leading to China Customs sand detections and returns.
Natural Wax Blocks Cleaning: Waxy coating on dates repels water, causing uneven cleaning and pesticide residue risks.
Sugar Sticking & Clumping: Leaked sugar from broken fruits causes heavy sticking, reducing appearance and packaging efficiency.
Invisible Insect Eggs: Hollow dried fruits (figs, apricots) hide insect eggs, with high manual inspection failure rates.
